Thank you for shopping with the Collectors Shelf. We want to make our order and shipping process as easy and quick as possible so our policy is to get orders shipped in 1-3 business days (Mon.-Fri.) excluding orders that include a pre-ordered item. If we cannot ship your order, we will contact you directly so please provide an email that you check often. If you have an email address on file we will send you an order acknowledgement when we have processed your order.
Most items sold are new in the box toys. Some of the older toys we offer may have been previously owned but are still in the box and in good condition unless otherwise noted. When purchasing an item from us, if you need to know the exact condition of the box the toy is in please contact us before you purchase the item.
We use the shopping cart order method or you can call or email us an order. We ship via the US Postal Service, UPS and Spee-Dee delivery.
We list some items as pre-orders. These items are not immediately available. On the item page we provide an estimated arrival date from the manufacturer. At times the manufacturer will delay the availability f these items. We will try to the best of our ability to keep our customers updated on any changes in dates but please know that this is not something we control and we will get these items to our customers as soon as we are able.
We have a couple options when placing pre-orders. We understand that to save on shipping you may want to combine other items into your order. We do allow this but please know that if you choose to do this, ALL ITEMS in that order will not be shipped until the pre-ordered item is available. If you would like to have other items shipped before the pre-ordered item, please place separate orders. Orders placed for items not in stock will be backordered and filed in the order they were received upon receipt of the product. Order your special edition items early to guarantee delivery. We reserve the right to limit quantities on special edition toys.
We do our best to keep our site up to date, but in the event that you order an item that is out of stock, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a refund with your order. If we expect to receive more of this item in the near future, we will email or call you using the information on file to see if you would like us to hold your payment.
We try hard to make sure your item arrives in great shape to you, however we cannot control what happens once it leaves our hands. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us first and we will work with you to figure out a solution. Otherwise our return policy is as follows:
Please report any damaged packages or products to us immediately and keep all boxes and packing materials. We will contact the freight carrier for you. We will replace the damaged item only upon its return to us.
If you are not satisfied with any item, return it to us in its unopened original packaging for an exchange or a refund of its purchase price. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Once the item is received by us and verified that it is in the same condition, we will refund your original method of payment.
